Alice and Daniel, a married couple from Novosibirsk, hesitated to buy an apartment for a long time. They went to Turkey every summer: first to hotels, then rented an apartment for a month. And then the pandemic came. A terrible uncomfortable time, a time of reassessment of values.
Daniel says:
– We honestly almost all the time sat at home, my daughter systematically carried the nursery, there really was nowhere to go. I sat and thought – maybe with an ikamet we could somehow get to where the sun is 9 months a year … I went to Alice, and she also thinks about the same thing …
Alice laughs:
“I don’t know how we would have left even with an ikamet.” It’s not about quarantine! I like Novosibirsk, I love snowy winters, and my relatives live here too. But our Ira is already going to school next year. I read how useful it is to know two languages. Why miss it?
Daniel continues:
– We figured out how much we have savings. It seems to be enough for one in Alanya. And we immediately wrote to Olga at Project Home, she helped us rent before. It would be possible to immediately buy in a pandemic, the prices were even better, but we still didn’t want to, we were waiting for the time when we could go and watch. We waited – and finally arrived in Turkey!
Alice says:
— Our beloved Alanya! There were so many options at once: Kestel, Oba, and Avsallar. Mahmutlar, of course, too, we rested there several times. Even in the center they looked, but it is completely unbearable. I was very afraid that we would fail. And “odnushki” is, no doubt, great and budget, but our child is growing. So we have morally grown to the idea that it is better away from the sea, but more meters. And then we were called to the developer to look at the project of the complex in Kargicak. What do you think? Enough for an apartment with two bedrooms, they were just starting to build there, very profitable. We were offered an installment plan, but we decided to pay everything at once, why wait if we are ready.
Daniel adds:
We have been living in our own apartment for the third month already. Irishka is happy, loves the sea. The sea was not so far away – 600 meters.
Alice smiles:
“We bought her a princess bed at Chilek!” And we will go to Novosibirsk in July, it is comfortable there in the summer.
