We present a new, very interesting project of a residential complex, which is located in Northern Cyprus, in the Tatlysu area, on the Mediterranean coast. The complex with its own infrastructure is located on a land plot of 80 hectares, consists of multi-apartment residential blocks and villas (bungalows). Construction is carried out in two stages.

When buying, there is an interest-free installment plan until the end of construction. The project is of interest for investing and increasing one’s capital, since at the design and construction stage the prices for apartments in the complex are lower than the market prices for finished objects.
The village boasts the most beautiful bays in Northern Cyprus. The beaches here are mostly pebbly and rocky, but there are also sandy ones – Kaplica beach is 10-15 minutes from Tatlysu.
